Customer Cancellation Requests:
  • Confirm your cancellation request within 60 minutes of order confirmation. This helps us manage the process efficiently and avoid shipping delays.
  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed. We process prepaid orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please refer to our return policy for support.

Important Note To Cancel Your Order:

  • A cancellation request after 60 minutes of confirmation may not be accepted because the order may have already been processed for delivery.
  • No refunds will be given when paid orders are cancelled
  • In case of reasons for address change, it will change on our side. But orders already shipped from our side cannot be cancelled.
  • All requests must be made within the specified timeline.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
