Refund Policy

At Bliss Natural, we are committed to customer satisfaction.

Refunds Are Only Provided In The Following Situations:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • The brand has discontinued the product.
  • Bliss Natural does not offer refunds for defective products, product damaged transport, missing products, or products received incorrectly. Instead, we will provide replacements.

    To be eligible for a refund and replacement at Bliss Natural, please ensure the following conditions are satisfied.

    Product Condition:
    • The product must be unused and in original condition.
    • The packing and all tags have to be original.
    • Nothing should be damaged or removed.
    How To Return:
    • If the customer requests a return and the seller agrees, a replacement will only be provided after the product has been returned and inspected.
    • Personnel must verify the quality of the material before servicing the replacement.

    We do not offer replacements for a product after delivery in the following circumstances:

    • Size-related anxiety.
    • Bought by mistake.
    • They are more affordable somewhere else.
    • Additional transportation.
    • Not fond of the product
    Important Information:
    • We advise our customers to read the instructions carefully before purchasing. Bliss Pads/the retailer is not responsible for returns or refunds if the customer orders incorrect products.
    Policy Rules:
    • Customers with broken seals cannot be returned or refunded. This includes hand sanitizer, toilet seat pads, sweat pads, panty liners and sanitary pads.
    • Any damaged or lost products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers must provide visual proof to Bliss Natural within 7 business days after the request is raised.
    • Customers should provide images and unboxing videos of any damaged goods. For missing goods, customers must upload an unpacking video as documentation.
    • If the product is marked as delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer must file a complaint within 24 hours.
